Our chocolate story starts with meeting the farmers and bringing the best single-origin beans into our factory from across the globe where we roast, crack, winnow, conch and temper %u2013 using artisan methods reaching back to the 18th century %u2013 producing batches of strong, luscious organic chocolate.
