Viva la Vaca or "Long live the cow" pays tribute to the monarchy of meat, and the Kiwi and Argentinean love of tender, succulent, gorgeously cooked meat!
We are an owner operated food cart, based at the Pocket Park in Nelson on a Friday lunchtime and various other locations throughout the week. We provide ready to eat tasty food, we have gluten and dairy free options and can also provide off-site catering for functions, events and weddings.
