Here at Vault 21 we believe the best way to enjoy our food is to share amongst your table. We have designed the menu with small plates to share, leading on to main sized meals that can be enjoyed with a side. Our kitchen team philosophy is to source the best ingredients, working closely with our suppliers and to treat the product with respect. We try to use different techniques to highlight the flavour of each dish, and we are always testing new dishes that we’d like to showcase to our guests. A vegetarian version of most of dishes can be provided, and if you have an allergy to gluten or other products, please advise us and we will do our best to accommodate you. We use gluten free soy sauce in all our cooking, however we do use wheat and nuts in our kitchen, so we can’t guarantee its absence.
