The Salmon Farm Cafe

Set right in the heart of the South West World Heritage area. Fresh salmon, including sashimi and smoked salmon dishes are our specialty. Location is isolated, an hour away from Fox Glacier to the north and Haast to the south, the cafe overlooks the salmon farm. Fresh is best and you don't find any fresher when the salmon comes straight from the farm to your plate! The salmon are raised in the pure unpoluted waters of Waituna Creek aand smoked with native Manuka woodsmoke.
