Saigon Corner - Modern Vietnamese Eatery

Established in 2015.

Saigon Corner firstly opened its door for business in March 2015. Our initial plan for Saigon Corner was to create a place which serves hearty, quality, authentic Vietnamese street food at affordable price to takeaway as a lunch bar.

We quickly become popular to local as a lunch spot. As we got more popular and got more customers we decided to expand because people were looking for a place to sit down and dine.

In August 2016, opportunity arises when our neighbouring business Begg's MusicWorks move to another location. We successfully expanded into our neighbouring space and opened the new area in January 2017. Our bigger and better Saigon Corner now become a Modern Vietnamese Eatery with 45 plus seats indoor and 8 seats outdoor.

Our achievements to date were the Winner of New Zealand Food Truck Face Off 2016 with our Vietnamese national dish 'Pho Bo - Beef Noodle Soup'; featured on NZ Cuisine Magazine January 2017 issue; currently ranked #5 restaurant in Palmerston North on TripAdvisor (May 2018).
