Olive has being serving quality food to Wellingtonian’s for almost two decades. Olive is owned by Head Chef Jamie Morgan and brothers Ferdi & Carlo Petagna. All three are born and bred Wellingtonian’s who met at the Petagna’s first venture Fratelli in Blair Street. Jamie trained in Wellington under Rex Morgan and went on to cook at multiple hatted restaurants in Australia for almost a decade before returning home to team up with the brothers. All three are hands on in the business ensuring the ultimate dining experience at Olive.
