Executive Chef, Toby Stuart is a renowned and critically acclaimed chef from the UK with over 20 years of experience at the top level in Michelin star restaurants. Toby was most recently running the kitchen of the well-regarded and beloved Rock Ferry & prior to that was Executive Chef consultant for the legendary Roux family in their UK, Europe restaurant and hotel operations.
