F.A.W.C! Food and Wine Classic is Hawke’s Bay's prestigious culinary festival. Twice annually, the festival delivers a series of extraordinary food and wine experiences which celebrate the sophisticated essence that is Hawke’s Bay; from world renowned produce, to the region’s accomplished chefs and winemakers, exceptional venues and spectacular landscapes.

Since starting in 2012, the festival has featured more than 600 entertaining events, satisfying nearly 36,000 participants and has established itself as one of New Zealand’s pre-eminent culinary festivals.
