Our Kaitaki Collective Member James Thomas of @nzcheese, spends a lot of time working with chefs. As the managing director of New Zealand Cheese Ltd, he is a distributor that specialises in supplying independently made New Zealand cheese to food service, delicatessens and overseas markets.
